Show the nanny the most preferred way of making the baby sleep. Give her a specific time when the baby should be resting.

Establish a routine regarding the baby’s time for sleep, feeding time, and play time. Emphasize to her that getting the house chores done is good as long as the baby’s comfort is still the priority.
