Nanny cameras are supposed to work for your advantage. Making it work though, presents some advantages and disadvantages. Advantages are such that you may be able to see the things happening around your house while you are in the workplace. It could also provide home security; one can prevent incidences of helpers “stealing” things because they are aware that they are being watched. Nanny cams could also work as something to motivate the nanny’s to do well with their babysitting jobs. Most likely they would perform the way they are expected to because they are being constantly monitored. It could even work for the babysitter’s advantage; when the employers see that they are performing their duties well, getting a raise is not impossible.
Of course along with its advantages, it also has disadvantages that one must be knowledgeable of before deciding to buy one.
Nanny cam, of course is a very sophisticated gadget that could really do the work for us. But one must be aware that acquiring one would cost a person a lot. It provides your loved ones security but you’ve got to pay the price.
There is also the issue of trust and privacy. Installing nanny cams should have its limitations that it wouldn’t violate the nanny’s privacy. Place it in a location that nannies would also be able to see, so that they would have the consciousness of getting watched.
Parents would do anything to assure the safety of their children. To avoid complications with the law and the nanny, It is better that a nanny be informed about such gadget installed inside your home.
